    General & Process

What is your web design process from start to finish?

Six stages: discovery and strategy, wireframing and UI/UX, development, content integration, testing and QA, then launch and handover. You see the work at every stage — there is no phase where the site disappears and comes back finished.

How long does a typical website project take?

Most projects ship in 3 to 10 days. E-commerce and custom platforms take longer. You get a dated timeline once I understand the scope.

How do you handle project management and communication?

You deal with me directly — there is no account manager between you and the person building the site. Work is tracked in a shared project tool, with regular scheduled calls.

    Cost & Pricing

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

A simple informational site starts from 10,000 AED. A complex e-commerce build runs 50,000 AED or more. The figure depends on scope, and you get an itemised quote after the first call rather than a package price.

Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?

No. The quote is itemised, and it is the number you pay. Anything outside it — a third-party software licence, a premium plugin — is named and approved by you before it is bought.

Is web hosting and a domain name included?

No, and that is deliberate: hosting and the domain stay in your name, so you own them and can leave whenever you want. I will still set both up and tell you which providers work well in the UAE.

    SEO & Marketing

Is SEO included in your web design packages?

Yes. Foundational on-page and technical SEO is in every build, so the site is search-ready the day it launches. Ongoing SEO is separate work.

How do you help businesses in the UAE rank on Google.ae?

By targeting Arabic and English keywords together, optimising for local search intent, keeping load times fast on UAE networks, and writing for a local audience rather than a generic one.

Can you help me get traffic from Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries?

Yes. That means keyword research for the KSA market, hreflang tags so search engines serve the right language and region, and landing pages written for that market rather than translated at it.

    Technical & E-commerce

What platform do you use to build websites?

Whichever one fits the job — WordPress for content-heavy sites, Shopify for e-commerce, or a custom React and headless CMS build for anything complex. I am not tied to one platform, so the choice is made on your requirements.

Can you integrate local payment gateways like Tabby and Tamara?

Yes — Tabby, Tamara, Telr and PayFort, along with the other major UAE and GCC gateways.

How do you ensure the website is fast and secure?

Speed comes from optimised images, browser caching and clean code. Security comes from SSL, current best practice, and hosting chosen for it. Both are built in rather than bolted on afterwards.

    Local UAE & GCC Market

Why should I hire a web designer based in Dubai?

Same timezone, and I can meet you in person. Past the logistics, it means firsthand knowledge of the UAE and GCC market — what local customers expect from a site and what makes them leave.

How important is having an Arabic version of my website?

It decides how much of the market can read you. A bilingual site reaches a far larger audience and shows you take the local culture seriously; I build both languages with straightforward switching.

What are Core Web Vitals and why do they matter for my site in Dubai?

They are Google's three measurements of how a page feels to use: how fast it loads, how quickly it reacts, and whether it jumps about while loading. They feed your ranking on Google.ae, and they bite hardest on local mobile networks like Etisalat and Du.
